E&M and its experienced workforce are always at the forefront of product development, and we are constantly looking to fulfil the market requirement. We are able to modify and develop our design and production to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

Specially trained staff control the quality of E&M fabric at all stages from yarn purchase through dyeing, weaving, finishing, cutting, sewing, folding and pressing. Specific customer requirements are met on packaging goods.

Jacquard weaving has been incorporated into our weaving shed, and we are in a position to accommodate particular customer requirements on product specification.

Dyes utilised in our production process are specially selected to withstand sunlight and repeated washing.  They are the fastest dyes obtainable, treated under computer controlled temperature and pressure to prevent the red colour washing onto the white.

Our Yashmaghs are finished on sophisticated machinery,  which results in a permanently square, easy care Yashmagh and customer specifications on softness are catered for. Special sewing machines create the fine finished edges of our Yashmaghs.

 Swiss Voile

E&M has expanded over recent years and now has its own Swiss textile technology, owning of one of Europe's largest weaving sheds of Swiss Voile. This has enabled the company to develop its Ghuttra and Yashmagh products.

Swiss Voile is one of the highest quality fabrics available today, and the Ghuttras reflect this quality in all aspects of manufacture.

Our yarns  are made to the highest specification, and the finishing process utilises the rock blue soft water of Switzerland. The closely monitored manufacturing process results in a top quality Ghuttra with permanent dimensions and colour.
